Seniors
SearcySports will give any Senior (high school) athlete
from Searcy, Harding Academy, Bald Knob, Beebe,
Riverview and Rose Bud a FREE 8x10 print of their choice
(from games which we have photographed). In order to
receive the free print you must meet
ALL of the
requirements listed below:

You MUST have ordered from SearcySports at least
once during the current season. THIS IS A MUST!!!

Be a Senior
-
Limited to only one photo regardless of the number
of sports played.

Be from one of the above schools
-
Email
us requesting the photo
-
Limit 1 PER athlete
-
Request BEFORE the end of the season and before the
galleries have been removed from SearcySports.

Request
MUST originate from the athlete or the athlete's
parents. No exceptions!
Yearbook Photos
SearcySports always makes their images available for use
for ANY school that we have shot photos
of their event. However, due to the overwhelming
response we have received from the various schools, we
have had to make the following changes:

Images will be sent to the school ONLY when
contacted by the Yearbook advisor. We will only
correspond with the yearbook advisor. We will not
correspond with students or parents...ONLY the
yearbook advisor.

We will provide 10 images per sport. For example,
basketball is a sport, football is a sport, baseball
is a sport, etc.

You MUST give us 3-4 weeks to process your
request...do NOT wait till the last minute to
request the photos...we may not be able to
accommodate your rush request.

PRINTS will be provided rather than images.
-
Photo credit will be given to SearcySports
-
A copy of the yearbook (or publication) will be sent
to SearcySports.
-
Schools that use images for purposes other than the
yearbook will no longer be eligible to receive
photos from us.
Reposting Photos
In the past, SearcySports has reposted galleries on
demand, however, due to the OVERWHELMING number of
photos we take, this has almost become an impossible
thing to do...especially galleries that are over a year
old. Keep in mind that most galleries when expired have
already been online for over 6 weeks. Normally, we have
any new galleries posted within 48 hours after shooting
an event (usually we even have them posted sooner than
that).
At this time, we will no longer be able to
repost galleries.
We
are sorry for this inconvenience, however we have to try
and make enough room for ALL galleries to remain online
for an appropriate amount of time.
In the course of a year, we take over 300,000 photos at
our local events. Keeping up with and cataloging this
number of photos is a huge task. We do keep all photos
we take, but to find a single photo or a
small order is tedious.

Ordering Information
When will I receive my photos?
Generally, we process
photos once a week (sometimes twice during busy times),
which means your order can take as long as 4 weeks.
Why does it take so long to get my photos and will you
forget me?
Due to the number of
orders we receive and the number of events we cover, we
are only able to process orders once a week, and by the
time we get them back from our professional lab and mail
them out...it is usually close to 2-3 weeks. Will we
forget you...absolutely not. If you got a confirmation
email, then your order should be received within 3
weeks. If you do not receive your order within 3 weeks,
please email us and let us know. We want you to be a
happy customer!
Can I use my credit card for purchases?
Yes, Visa/MasterCard and Discover are honored along with
PayPal payments. We also have an authorized retailer
called 2Checkout (2CO), where you can make SECURE credit
card purchases.
What other types of payments do you accept then?
At this time, we accept
personal/business checks, money orders and cash (of
course) for mail in orders.
I ordered from more than one gallery, why do I have to
fill out separate order forms and will I be charged more
than once for shipping?
We have ELIMINATED shipping costs to you for this
very reason.
At the present time,
our shopping cart does not have the ability to
consolidate orders, however that feature is on a
wishlist with our programmer, regardless though, you
will not be charged ANY shipping charges for ANY order.
What happens after I place my order?
On Credit Card and
PayPal orders you should receive an email indicating
your credit card or PayPal account has been
charged...this indicates a successful order.
If you want to mail your order in to us, after clicking
the submit button, you will see a confirmation page
indicating you will be getting an email that will be
your order form. This order form is to be mailed in with
your payment to us and at that time we will process your
order.
My Order is over $100.00, what now?
We will give discounts on orders over $100.00 (10%) and
also over $200.00 (20%) whenever you order from us. In
those cases where we have more than once photographer
covering an event, we will honor those orders from one
or more photographers which ADD up to the discount
levels.
Will my photos look better than what I see on the
website?
Yes! Most of the photos
you view on the website have NOT been optimized for
prints. Once we receive an order, your photos will be
edited for color and clarity as well as cropping when
indicated.
Are
all photos of the same quality?
Unfortunately not. While we at SearcySports strive to
provide the best quality photos to you the customer,
sometimes due conditions (night games or low light
situations), some photos may appear grainy when
enlarged. The only reason we offer a this type of photo
is because it is usually much better than most parents
and/or friends can shoot, and you the customer would
rather have photos that are more about memories than
about perfect photos. Again, if you are not totally
satisfied with our quality, please return your photos
for a COMPLETE refund including postage. We think you'll
be impressed with most all of our photos.
I
don't want a print...I want a digital file?
Normally we don't offer
the digital files. We care about how a photo looks and
can only be responsible for those photos when we are the
only ones handling the digital files. IF you are
insistent on a digital file, (and they are very
expensive), you can email us for a quote, but be
prepared for pricing in the $25-$45 range for EACH photo
depending on the size of the image.

1?
We do not process
orders unless we have all contact information, including
a WORKING EMAIL address and phone. If your email
or phone is incorrect, we will not process the order.
You should receive a confirmation of payment or a order
form after every order.
I did

2?
Email us and tell us
when you ordered your photos. We will track and verify
your order, and replace it if
necessary.
